This site doesn't track you. No cookies. No analytics. No ad pixels. No third-party requests — even the fonts are served from this domain. That's not a cookie-banner setting; there is simply nothing here that could need one.

VIGIL PRIVACY NOTES

1. THIS WEBSITE (vigil-uptime.com)

Static pages served by Vercel. We set no cookies, run no analytics
or tracking scripts, and load no third-party resources — fonts,
styles and images are all served from this domain. Vercel, as the
hosting provider, processes standard server logs (IP address,
user agent) to deliver the site; we do not enrich, resell or
profile that data.

The click-through demo (/demo/) is plain static HTML —
same rules, nothing tracked.

2. WHEN YOU CONTACT US

If you write via Telegram or email, we see what you send and use
it to answer you. It is not added to mailing lists or shared.

3. WHEN YOU BUY

Card payments are processed entirely by Whop (the merchant of
record) under their privacy policy — we never see card numbers.
To deliver the product we process the GitHub username and email
you provide at checkout, and keep the order record needed for
support and license verification. Bank-transfer purchases via the
Telegram bot process the same minimum: your Telegram handle,
GitHub username and payment reference.

4. THE PRODUCT ITSELF

Vigil is self-hosted. Your monitors, incidents, uptime history and
status pages live in your PostgreSQL on your servers. Nothing is
sent to us — there is no telemetry, no phone-home, no license
server. The only optional external call is the Anthropic API for
AI postmortems, on your own key, disabled by default.
